Travel is free within 30 miles of Sioux Falls. Beyond that, round-trip mileage is added at the current IRS standard rate.

Yes. Team headshot days are shot on-site at your office with a full studio setup, so nobody has to travel and everyone gets the same lighting and background.
Yes. The Headshot Session above is built for individuals, entrepreneurs, and professionals who just need themselves covered, not a full team.
The $600 on-site minimum covers the full mobile studio setup at your office, so it applies whatever the headcount. Teams of 2 or 3 can book the on-site day at the minimum, or book individual $200 sessions instead, whichever fits better.
Yes. Any team member can upgrade to the full solo-style session, up to 2 looks and the full 15 image gallery, for $75 more during the same visit. Most owners and leadership take this one.
Headshots and Brand Session images come with a two-year license for organic social, your website, email, and internal use. Paid advertising, billboards, print campaigns, and third-party resale are quoted separately so you only pay for the reach you actually need. Anything built for a campaign is scoped on the Commercial page instead.

Nobody has to

A full studio setup gets carried into your building: lights, modifiers, stands, and a backdrop. A conference room, a lobby corner, or an empty office is enough. The whole thing goes up in about twenty minutes and comes down just as fast.
That is what the $600 on-site minimum pays for on a team day, and it is why the twelfth person photographed looks like the first one instead of like a different company.
