Yes. Team headshot days are shot on-site at your office with a full studio setup, so nobody has to travel and everyone gets the same lighting and background.
Yes. The Headshot Session is one person, one session, one time. For 4 or more people the Team Day costs less per person, and a team of 6 or more includes one full session at no charge.
The $600 on-site minimum covers the full mobile studio setup at your office, so it applies to every Team Day, including a team of 2 or 3. Teams of 2 or 3 can book the on-site day at the minimum, or book individual $200 sessions instead, whichever fits better.
Yes. The full session is up to 2 looks, up to 20 minutes, and 20 finished images. On a team of 6 or more, one person of your choice gets it at no charge, usually the owner. Anyone else can add it for $75 more during the same visit.
25 finished images of your workspace: your rooms, your staff at work, and your products or services on site. Up to 30 minutes at one location. They are included on a team of 10 or more, +$400 on a smaller Team Day, and part of the Website Session.
Headshots and Brand Session images come with a two-year license for organic social, your website, email, and internal use. Paid advertising, billboards, print campaigns, and third-party resale are quoted separately so you only pay for the reach you actually need. Anything built for a campaign is scoped on the Commercial page instead.

On Location
A full studio setup gets carried into your building: lights, modifiers, stands, and a backdrop. A conference room, a lobby corner, or an empty office is enough. The whole thing goes up in about twenty minutes and comes down just as fast.
That is what the $600 on-site minimum pays for on a team day, and it is why the twelfth person photographed looks like the first one instead of like a different company.
