This website and the services described on it are operated by Lloyd Duimstra, doing business as Dime LA Media ("we," "us"), a photography and creative media studio based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This policy explains what information we collect through dimelamedia.com and how we use it.

- Inquiry and contact forms. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, and message details.
- Model release and booking documents. When you complete a release or booking document, we may collect additional information required for that document, such as your date of birth, mailing address, and typed signature.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions with links and buttons. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate about your session or project.
- To prepare contracts, releases, quotes, and invoices.
- To understand site usage and improve our services and marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
- Formspree processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Google Analytics provides site analytics as described above.
- Square may be used to process payments. Payment card details are handled by Square, not by us. See the Square privacy policy.

Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Contact below), subject to records we are required to keep.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Photography involving minors is arranged with and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
